Hi there! I'm Alex Rayas, a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
After not seeing improvement with traditional Western medicine (and being dismissed repeatedly), I turned to Functional Health for support with chronic fatigue, a hormonal imbalance, and gut issues (what a trifecta!).
Once I started focusing on the root cause of these imbalances and seeing mind, body, and spirit as one, I saw healing. I also became deeply passionate about guiding others on their wellness journey with personalized lifestyle changes.

Throughout my education, career as an Implementation Manager, and training through IIN, I've learned the ins and outs of behavioral change. My approach is to empower you on your journey with making sustainable, realistic improvements that truly work for you!
